171 Bob the Mountain Dwarf Hunter (Level 3 -6/26 HPs)
Mangled by Sigmund on Level 2 of the Dungeon.
I blame the game on this death. Sigmund is far too powerful to encounter early on in the game, when you have no potions and a bunch of unidentified scrolls. I walked into a room and encountered him. I took a shot with my crossbow and he turned invisible. I then started backing up, but he confused me, making it impossible to read any scrolls or to escape. A couple of blasts of flame and then a scythe finished me off.
Stupid game.
